How to Bring the Finnish Method to Urban Homes
You do not need access to an expansive forest to replicate these health benefits for your family. Even in small urban apartments, concrete backyards, or balconies, parents can intentionally cultivate a high-microbe environment using a method called “micro-rewilding.”
